Additional Registration Information

Keystone GIS Members

• Keystone GIS Membership must be activated prior to registration in order to qualify for the conference discounted membership rates. For more information, see the Membership page or sign up at the Join Us page.
• Lapsed members can renew membership by logging into their account. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the log in page.
• PA GIS Conference registrants are strongly encouraged to become Keystone GIS Members!

Exhibitors

• Exhibitor registration includes one complimentary full-conference registration.
• Additional full-conference registrations for exhibitors are limited to three (four total) and must be added as guests during the registration process, which will be available after selecting an Exhibitor Registration option.
• If more registrations are needed for an organization, please register using a Keystone GIS Member or General registration.
• Please see the exhibitor agreement for more details.

Students

• To qualify for a Student Registration, participants must meet the same qualifications as Keystone GIS Student Members.
• Students will be required to show an active student ID at conference check-in.
• If a conference registrant cannot produce an active student ID, they will need to pay the difference of the Regular General Registration PLUS a $5 service fee ($305) to attend. The registrant will not be able to attend if the difference is not paid and no refunds will be granted.
• Keystone GIS Student Membership must be activated prior to registration in order to qualify for conference student rate. For more information see the Student Membership page or sign up at the Join Us page.
• Student registrants who are also presenting will get free registration. Students must first submit an abstract, and when approved, will receive a code to discount their registration to $0.0. 

Student Memberships

• Students are strongly recommended to become Keystone GIS Members!
• While conference registration is open, Keystone GIS is offering free Student Memberships!
• NEW Student Member Plus memberships will be available with the first year free by using the Discount Code FREE2023!
• EXISTING Student Members can renew membership and receive six months free by using the Discount Code RENEW2023!

Multiple Registrations

• Additional registrants can be registered and paid by another registrant.
• If additional registrants are active Keystone GIS Members, the conference membership rate will be available.
• To register and pay for multiple registrants, read all the instructions below:
• 1. Register yourself first and proceed to the Review and Confirm page. These instructions will be present as a reminder.
  2. Click Pay Online. This will take you to the Payment page. You will not need to pay at this step.
  3. Click Cancel on the Payment page. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel button. This will take you back to the Registration page.
  4. Click New Registration and register a another registrant as before.
     • If the registrant is an active Keystone GIS Member, input their primary email used for their Keystone GIS Account. Their information should automatically be populated.
     • If the registrant is not an active member, their registration information will need to be input manually.
  5. Repeat the steps above until all registrants are included.
  6. Pay after the last registrant is registered.

Pre-Conference Workshops

• Registration for Pre-Conference Workshops is separate from Conference registration.
• Registration for a pre-conference workshop does not include registration to the main conference, and vice-versa.
• Registrants may be required by workshop providers to bring a personal computer for hands-on activities. The conference will not be providing registrants with computers (including laptops).

• Keystone GIS can accept credit cards and checks for online conference registrations. Please send checks to:

On-Site Registration

• General, Student, and Single-Day registrations will be available for on-site registration at the conference check-in table Tuesday and Wednesday, April 15 and 16. Only Student and Single-Day Thursday registrations will be available Thursday, April 17.
• Keystone GIS Member discount rate will not be available on-site. Members will need to pay the General registration on-site.
