Registration

• 2. General - Early-Bird – $265.00
  Available through January 31st, 2026.
• 3. Student – $80.00
  Students will be required to show an active student ID at conference check-in. Student presenters (oral, poster, or map) will receive free registration pending availability. Students must first submit an abstract, and when approved, will receive a code to discount their registration to $0.00.
• 4 a. Exhibitor - For-Profit – $960.00
  IMPORTANT: Due to limitations beyond our control, sponsorships and exhibitors must utilize a Pennsylvania (PA) office address, or the address of an in-state employee working remotely. We are unable to accommodate outside of these parameters at this time.
• 4 b. Exhibitor - Non-Profit or Government – $810.00
  IMPORTANT: Due to limitations beyond our control, sponsorships and exhibitors must utilize a Pennsylvania (PA) office address, or the address of an in-state employee working remotely. We are unable to accommodate outside of these parameters at this time.
• 5 a. Sponsor - Blue Level – $2,000.00
  Please note that the registrant counts as one of the 3 complimentary conference registrations.
